PAYMENT PLAN A – PAYMENT 1 DUE BY JULY 11, 2009 - $142.50

PAYMENT PLAN B – PAYMENT 1 DUE JUNE 20, 2009 - $100

All fees due by September 5, 2009.  No uniform will be distributed unless Payments are current and up to date with this plan!!!  First game tentatively scheduled September 5, 2009.

RAFFLE TICKET SALE

You may opt to participate in our raffle fund raiser.  This fund raiser was designed to help those individuals make up the difference between what they could afford and an additional option to raise money to cover the fees.  It just takes a $50 deposit for your uniform and we will provide you with the amount of tickets that you would like to sell.  The tickets sold to discount  ratio is provided below so that you can better determine how many tickets you would like to obtain for your financial goals.

 Fee Discount per Ticket Sale:

Sell 30 Tickets - $75.00 deducted from total fees

Sell 40 Tickets - $125.00 deducted from total fees

Sell 50 Tickets - $175.00 deducted from total fees

Sell 60 Tickets - $225.00 deducted from total fees

Sell 80 Tickets - $285.00 deducted from total fees

(**Note – Min 600 total tickets sold for 2^nd prize drawing)

Both Payment options listed above can be used in conjunction of each other.  There are no limitations.  If you go beyond the specified totals within your owed fees you can receive credits towards future program involvement.  Please take advantage of these programs early so that you have plenty of time to meet your savings goals.
